In 2020 we are holding a series of wellbeing day retreats (minimum 6 retreats) with expert & personable guest speakers focusing on how a balanced lifestyle can bring you happiness and energy

Cook Tastily, Healthily & Easily

The retreats may include:

Outdoor circuits in our bespoke exercise trail, postural review, Yoga & Pilates style mat session, meditation, sauna & swim, 2 course lunch and afternoon tea, country walk or run, massage, a talk or class by the expert followed by Q&As

10.30   Welcome and introduction to mindfulness
11.00   Circuits in the bespoke exercise trail
12.00   Mindfulness meditation
12.30   Two course nutritious & delicious lunch
13.30   Nutrition, exercise & lifestyle forum
14.30   Yoga in front of the fire
16.00   Afternoon tea and thoughts on the day
16.30   Guests leave

     

​£125 per person Maximum 8 guests, minimum 4 guests (ample parking available)
