Our retreat version of Salmon Nicoise Salad, with grated courgette and carrot. When the green beans are ready from the veggie patch they will be added too.

 

We try to eat seasonal, colourful food at our wellbeing retreat that is packed full of nutrients, bursting with flavour and really sating without leaving you feeling uncomfortably full.

 

The correct balance of low glycaemic carbs, proteins and fats keeps the hunger pangs at bay for longer and keeps your blood sugar from doing those massive slumps that make you crave chocolate, biscuits and cakes.
