A new challenge or activity is so invigorating and motivating for both your body and your mind.

 

You don't need to climb a mountain (I did when I didn't know I could, it was a truly awesome experience), try tennis in the summer, a different exercise class or a really long walk with a picnic, doing a crossword or learning something new.

 

Think a bit out of your usual routine and the benefits are fab!
