Delicious, simple and balanced meal of white fish (this is cod) lentils, carrots, onions, tomatoes, garlic, celery and parsley.

 

It combines a balance of low glycaemic carbs, proteins and fats, an essential recipe for optimum brain and body function.

 

At our bespoke wellbeing retreat we avoid fad diets, we only eat home made (and grown where possible) fresh foods, trying to eat with the seasons (less air miles & more nutrients) and eating a rainbow of coloured foods to gain a variety of nutrients.
