Easter Eggs - at our fitness retreat we eat healthy foods that make us happy and so are good for wellbeing
I'm not just talking about naughty shaped carrots!
Certain foods such as eggs, dark chocolate, oily fish, nuts, green leafy veg, mushrooms and beans have a positive effect on mood, energy, stress and depression
Avoid foods that clog your brain and bring you down such as  nutrient poor, high sugar and processed
Meals at our day wellbeing retreats and fitness retreats are fresh, nutrient rich and balanced (with inappropriate veg where possible) leaving you happy and sated
