Rather sitting on the loo hold a squat it will really strengthen and tone your thighs and improve balance and the static position with your bum back is perfect to perfect your squats nb feet parallel and under your knees ; while waiting for the kettle to boil balance on 1 leg; whilst unlocking the front door stretch your calves, hanging 1 heel off the doorstep

; whilst walking the dog do walking lunges; whilst driving do pelvic floor exercises (boys have them too!) squeeze up easy, harder and hard and come down in 3 releases.
