outdoor circuits in our bespoke exercise trail,

PERSONAL TRAINING

One of London's top personal trainers, Kathryn Freeland has been training clients for over 20 years and is truly passionate about helping them get what they want from their bodies and lifestyle using a variety of physical disciplines and meditation

 

Kathryn will get to know you and your body and devise a totally bespoke personal training & wellbeing plan for you no matter what your current fitness level, previous exercise experience or age

Sessions are usually outdoors in the private exercise trail or gardens however if it is cold we use our middle room with underfloor heating and log burner for really deep stretching & relaxation

Sessions are at a time to suit you and are 1-3 times per week depending on availability and budget. We also offer intense courses for those who need fast results for a special occasion such as a wedding or birthday

 

£95 per hour

Explore using our bikes, have a massage (extra cost & booking essential), swim in our stunning new swimming pond, go for a country walk, relax & destress in our luxury outdoor sauna, play backgammon or chess by the fire, play croquet on the lawn, sit round the firepit and gaze at the stars, watch the sunset sitting on the decking over the swimming pond, visit local wineries such as Biddenden vineyard, National Trust sites, castles and gardens, explore nearby Tenterden, Rye or Biddenden, eat at our local Michelin starred West House, go rowing or paddleboarding on the nearby river, float round our pond in our rowing boat, walk the dog with us, choose from the many available books, play records by the woodburner, watch box sets or just enjoy the peaceful beautiful setting
