Trio of Legs

To help you through these bizarre and difficult times here are 3 lower body (quads, hamstrings and gluteals) exercises that can be done in isolation or with some of my other video trios (more to follow, core & cardio 1 already out there).

I am doing these on the lawn (which is awaiting delivery of a 'peaceful pergola' with double hammocks where we shall relax or do yoga) in front of our field which has a walking & running trail but these exercises can be done anywhere and away from others.

You can do 1-4 sets of 10-20 repetitions and have about 1 minute rest between sets or you could do the cardio and or core exercises in between sets, just mix it up.

As a gauge start at an amount that gives you a slight burn or leaves you slightly breathless then add approximately 10% per week.
