Sleep for your wellbeing & health

Sleep isn't for just wimps!

It is restorative for mind & body and is essential for your wellbeing & good health (heart, immunity, hormones and much more).

During sleep your body repairs cells, tissues and muscles; your brain processes information for memory & learning and declutters unnecessary information.

For better sleep your bedroom should be dark, cool, calm and free from phone noise, light and scrolling!

Aim for 7-9 of actual sleep not just being in bed, only go to bed when you are tired.

Alcohol and caffeine affect deep sleep quality - ever wondered why you don't usually dream after having a drink?

At our retreat we address all aspects of life for overall wellbeing ie: fitness, food, sleep, stress, fun, work etc
