You are invited to treat yourself to a slice of tranquility and self-care in the stunning surroundings of Stede Court near Biddenden. Kathryn & Ruth Birch have teamed up again to offer an exclusive day of mindfulness, yoga, fitness and nutrition to re-centre yourself during these unsettled times.
Working with the theme of mindfulness, you can recharge your batteries, prioritise your wellness and frame your health goals in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Expect outdoor fitness in the beautiful woodland exercise trail, calming meditation, relaxing yoga by the pergola, delicious food; all whilst exploring the way we can incorporate mindfulness as a tool to feel better. Before attending the event you will be asked to fill in a lifestyle & health questionnaire so that we can tailor the sessions to your individual needs.
