Mindfulness moments

Taking time out to stop & be still and just look at what is around you is very calming for your mind and body.

If you are too busy to be able to meditate, try for a minute or so to sit still and perhaps close your eyes and enjoy the sensations - it might be a gentle breeze, bird singing or the scent of a beautiful flower.

Being in the present means you aren't worrying about the future and having a calm mind will better enable you to cope with ,the rest of the day's stresses
