It's hard trying to stay positive but you are not alone

I have talked throughout lockdown to many of my clients & friends and we, me included, have all found and it difficult to stay relentlessly positive with only glimmers of hope given.


On days that feel a struggle, I make sure I do some exercise not necessarily a beasting workout or yoga but even a long walk and then also importantly 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation.


Meditation is much harder on these darker days as my mind is racing so trying to make it still and calm is more difficult than usual but consequently the results are much greater. I may not feel fabulous but I definitely feel better and more able to cope with the day.
