Improve your Gut Health with a friend

To improve our gut health we need to include a varied diet of plant based foods such as vegetables, pulses, nuts & seeds.


We often stick to our safe recipes and ingredients so why not shake it up a bit and swap a cook book or a recipe with your bestie? A great excuse to get together or have a chat and discuss what they love to eat.


Try to aim for about 30 different plant based foods per week.
