Healthy Puds

Plum compote - a yummy and gorgeous looking pudding with no added sugar!

You can use any fruit, I have used plums, apples, rhubarb & pears

Simply cut the fruit up taking out any stones or stalks but leave the skin on, put in a saucepan with a dessert spoon of water and if you like some cinnamon or whichever spice you like and gently cook for 15-20 minutes.

Eat hot or cold topped with natural yoghurt and another fruit such as dates, goji berries or dried figs.

It's a great way to use up excess seasonal fruit and freezes so well.
