Gut health matters

Try to eat at least 30 different plant based foods per week and try to seasonally vary these from week to week.

An easy way is with a colourful mixed salad or a warming casserole packed full of veggies.


This is my beetroot, tomato and avocado salad with black pepper and olive oil -simple but unbelievably yummy!
