Diet & workouts out the window?
Living in all this uncertainty makes it very difficult to maintain healthy eating & exercise and all too easy to drink more.
When I need some motivation & redirection, I keep a weekly food, exercise and booze diary. This way I can roughly plan what we are going to eat (meals can be easily changed around or frozen but it avoids the early evening panic and ultimately poor decision), what exercise I will do (run, workout, yoga or logging!) and which days will be alcohol free. This gives me some structure and routine to my week which makes it easier to stick to & alcohol become a treat rather than the norm.
