Anytime, anywhere!

This is the starting point for a bench jog, which is great for getting your heart rate going and can be put into a walk, run or circuits.

Alternate your legs in a jogging manner, trying to keep your body in a long straight diagonal line (as in the photo), engage your tummy muscles, keep your shoulders over your wrists, shoulders away from your ears and feet parallel to each other

Start at about 50 reps or whatever challenges you then add about 10% a week, simple to do anytime and anywhere - log, bench or sofa!
