Adopt a new habit for Lent

Instead of giving something up this Lent on Wednesday 26th February, why not adopt a new habit however small or big it might be...

Such as eat a vegetable based dish (my lentil dhal & sag aloo below) once per week; always use stairs rather than lifts, replace your first drink in a pub with a glass of water; start using mindfulness; buy local; reduce all food waste; try a new recipe monthly.

Or anything that will have a positive effect on you, those around you or our planet.
