Keep motivated during the change in seasons by changing your activity or buy some new workout kit to suit the weather.

Go for long walks at the weekend to make the most of the daylight and sunshine.

During the darker weeks choose exercise that will be challenging but fun such as a dance class or a martial arts class (especially one that you have to pay up front for the group of sessions!)
