Fitness and wellbeing need to be enjoyable to be sustainable.

Do an activity that you personally enjoy, if you hate running go cycling or dancing!

Adapt your exercise to the seasons so try tennis and outdoor swimming in the summer then perhaps in the winter when it is dark try an indoor exercise class.

If you get bored, that is not failing, simply try a new class or sport or try exercising with new group, a friend or your partner.

Enjoy it!
