Yoga is great for flexibility, strength, posture and calming the mind.

It helps you breathe better and be more mindful, a wonderful & beneficial time out from our buzzing 2019 daily lives.

It is for everybody, male and female and all ages and fitness levels. You don't need to be flexible to do it, in fact if you aren't that is all the more reason to do yoga!

To be fit you need to do a combination of cardio, strength and flexibility - ignoring one of those means you are not fit and are also more susceptible to injury due to imbalances.
