At our wellbeing retreat, retreats are bespoke to your current fitness level and how your general wellbeing is, so will a balance of cardio, strength and flexibilty workouts complemented with nutritious and delicious meals, meditation, saunas, swimming, walks, croquet and wonderful baths and huge comfy beds!
