Spring clean and detox your fridge and food cupboards
I had a long running inciteful column in Somerfield magazine (then the best selling mag!) called 'What's in your fridge?'
Have a look at the ingredients on absolutely everything, only eat foods that have ingredients that you would actually buy so not eg: E numbers or aspartame.
Are your fridge & cupboards balanced like your diet should with fresh and varied fruit & veg, low glycaemic carbs, fats and protein?
Does everything have a nutritional value, so there is good reason to eat it?
Try doing this very useful experiment every so often.
