Don't be disheartened there is nothing abnormal feeling that way, it is cold & dark!
Mix up your exercise to suit your mood and the season. I tailor my clients workout to how they are feeling (lazy doesn't count!)
Try a lunchtime run or walk to get the most if the light; going to a new fun class eg dance or boxing; exercising with a friend or partner; trying a personal trainer to keep you motivated through the dark nights
You may also crave different more warming foods, comfort food doesn't have to be unhealthy. We serve tasty and nutritious food at our retreat that everyone (so far...) has loved and taken the recipes home with them for them & their families
