Ginger is an anti-inflammatory and is great for settling the tummy if you are feeling sick

We use it a lot at our wellbeing retreat both in cooking (curries, stir frys, tagines) or simply adding a few unpeeled slices to hot water for a herbal tea

Top tip, peel it with a teaspoon for ease and less waste.

Usefully it can also be frozen.
