Soups during the winter are so important for your health and wellbeing

They are packed full of nutrients

They hydrate you, cold water can be more difficult to drink in the winter

When making soups try to keep them chunky and rustic rather than pureed so your body has to do some work breaking it down so keeping you fuller for longer ie: they are lower glycaemic
