Outdoor exercise has so many physical and mental benefits, that's why we do the majority of exercise outside at our fitness and wellbeing retreat.

If it is too cold to be beneficial or wet then we do our mat classes indoors in front of the gorgeous log burner

Some of the many benefits:

You burn more calories in the cold weather

Functional fitness - it keeps you fit for everyday life eg with the uneven ground

Daylight exercise can alleviate SAD
