Your diet is the biggest contributor to you losing weight, sometimes people think if they are doing lots of exercise they can eat whatever they like.
Well being is all about balance of food, exercise, sleep, managing stress, work & enjoying yourself.
I think the best way to lose weight is to keep a diet diary especially with a week overview on 1 page. This way you can see what you have eaten, drunk, and how much exercise in a week and use it to see how you feel that day or the day after.
Aim for a balanced & varied diet of nutritious, unprocessed foods (inc sugars) with sensible portions.
It is fairly obvious if you keep a diet diary as to why you are not losing weight, unless you have a diagnosed medical issue.
