Exercise is not exclusive to super fit gym bunnies, we all benefit from some form of exercise. It just needs to suit our individual body, mind and life.

Everybody, regardless of their fitness level, is welcome at our fitness and wellbeing retreat. We help our guests find the right exercise, diet and balance to fit in with their lifestyle to be the best they can be.

Whether it be walking with some gentle strength work such as Pilates or running with HIIT circuit workouts and Yoga style exercises. We can find what suits you.
