Simply adding a jump to your workout, known as Plyometrics, will increase the intensity or difficulty of your workout and bring greater results.

Here I am doing jump squats, but you can add to any workout such as lunges, plies, bunny hops, press ups, your run or your walk.

Only add to your workout once the technique of the exercise you are doing is perfected then see how great your glutes look!
