Sometimes a goal such as a 1 hour fitness session 3 times per week is just not achievable or goes wrong some weeks with holidays or just life, but don't get stressed or abandon your goals just do what you can and remember any activity or exercise even a short walk is better than doing nothing and will always make you feel better.
