You don't need a gym or lots of expensive equipment
Your own body weight or anything with weight eg: logs or bottles can be used as resistance to tone all parts of your body and build strength
At our fitness & wellbeing retreat we use free weight or own body weight which gives better results as you use more muscles to stabilise your body and is more functional ie: will get you fit to enjoy daily life whilst helping you avoid injury.
They are also much cheaper (and less guilt making!) than going to a gym or buying trendy equipment
