Eat the rainbow!

Including a variety of colours in your diet will give you a wider and richer source of nutrients.

I am going to roast my beetroots with thyme and olive oil and leave the skins on.

This will be less messy but importantly the beetroot will also have a lower GI, as the less a food is processed outside the body the harder the body has to work to break it down so keeping you fuller and sated for longer.

When you come to our fitness & wellbeing retreat we serve tasty and nutritious meals that you can cook for yourself and family when you go home, with recognisable ingredients!
