Use fresh or dried fruit in puddings or snacks instead of adding sugar, you get all the sweetness but also nutrients and fibre as an added bonus!

Here is my homemade flapjacks recipe, do you have any healthy recipes to share with me?

1 tbsp Butter

8 tbsp Jumbo Oats

1 Banana - Medium ripe

1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut

1 tbsp Crushed mixed nuts

1 tbsp Chopped dried fruit - I use wonder berries

Lightly toast them in a hot oven then leave to cool

Adjust the quantities and ingredients to your taste
