Always aim for good technique over lots of repetitions or too heavy a weight. Our bodies, esp when new to an exercise, want to do things the easy way which isn't always the correct way which leads to injury and poor results. To get great technique use a video tutorial & exercise in front of a mirror or come to our group day fitness or wellbeing retreat or residential private retreats to make sure you are getting the most effective & safe workout. When you get it right you will feel & see the difference!
