Here at our fitness retreat we add herbs and fruit to water to make it an inviting drink, mint, rosemary, lemon and cucumber are all delicious combinations. Water is essential for wellbeing, concentration and energy levels.

Great tip...on a night out always start with a glass of water then pop the Prosecco as you will probably arrive thirsty, talkative and be standing up so likely to throw your first drink back!
