At our day wellbeing retreats and fitness retreats we include balance as part of your exercise programme, alongside cardio, strength, flexibility and co-ordination

Balancing is good for core, avoiding injuries, strengthening ankles & propriocetion. Stand on 1 leg whilst on the phone, making tea, putting on socks. Make it harder by moving arms around, closing eyes or on uneven surfaces & remember to change legs.
