You can be warm and happy in all weather with the right clothes eg: waterproof black fur coat! Being outdoors in the snow is great, so beautiful and peaceful. Go for a walk, exercise (today I took free weights and did strength training on the move so that I kept warm eg tricep extensions, lateral raises, forward raises and rotator cuff) or play with your ball!

Our dog brings joy to the fitness retreat and is great for wellbeing, your dogs are welcome too!
