Be mindful and enjoy the now. Take time to appreciate what you have and what is around you - the view, a sunset, being with friends (rather than on your phone), the food you are eating, going for a walk. Rather than regretting the past learn from it and let it go. Plan for the future but live in and enjoy the present. We offer mindfulness meditation at our fitness & wellbeing retreat
